The position includes servicing and maintaining Security systems, providing service to customers and being responsible for the quality of service and customer satisfaction for all assigned tasks. Commercial Sales Account Manager
The Commercial Sales Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for our relevant clients and is responsible for client satisfaction.
The CSAM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to our existing accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the CSAM will/ should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business operations.
Responsible for a quarterly sales target, customer database growth (number of clients and revenue), the CSAM works with both sales, service and managed services teams to ensure customers needs are met and internal sales growth. Also must be able to attend site and carry out estimates and client meetings as needed.

Project Manager
The Project Manager plans, organises, directs, and controls project activities for effective management of electronic Security installation projects. This individual supervises installation labour and sub-contractors, estimates and prices job costs and works with financial, contract management and other management reports and tools to define project problems to assure project profitability. This individual is also responsible for training and developing employees and ensuring the quality of installation and customer satisfaction while implementing standards and processes.
