This lifecycle outlines Design and Construct security projects which are generally above $100,000 dollars for the security component.

Pre-Design Security Systems

KINGS Security commences security system negotiations with the Developer / Builder / Electrical Contractor before the building is commenced.

Security System Concept Design

KINGS Security works with the Architects / Security Engineers / Developer / Builder to work up the design and pricing.

Detailed Security System Design

Once the Developer / Builder has commenced construction, KINGS Security will commence the detailed design and produce drawings to comply with the Developer / Builder and Architects / Engineer's requirements.

Construction - Base Building

KINGS Security commences rough-in of Security cables. Initially Base building security system requirements are installed.

Construction - Fit-out

While the Base Building work is progressing, the main tenant fit-out pricing with the builder commences. By combining the base building construction and the fit-out the overall costs is reduced to Main Tenant. End of Construction-12 Month Warranty Commences.

End of Construction and Commencement of 12 Month Warranty

At the beginning of the warranty period KINGS performs all the warranty work. Also during this warranty period, KINGS will attend to any additional requests by the main tenant or the building owners.

End of the 12 Month Warranty Period

KINGS Security will continue to serve the security needs of the Building owner and the Main Tenants until the building is demolished.
