Good design and proper security product selection will result in a security system that is easy to learn and that reduces errors and training requirements. The sophistication and complexity of the security system should be transparent to the end user.

We believe that the human component, especially proper handling of your security system, can be as important to its success as the mechanical components, and we are dedicated to providing complete training for your staff.

System Software Training

KINGS Security's training program is divided into three parts: Operator, Administrator and Maintenance Training. Each part is further divided into two sessions: Introductory and Advanced Training. Refresher training and telephone support are always available.

Operator Training

The operators are fully trained in the day-to-day operation of all system functions including response to system events, report generation, and programming authorised security system changes.

Administrator Training

In addition to operator training, the administrators are trained in the management of the software features including security system privileges, operating parameters, system set-up and password assignments.

Maintenance Training

The facility maintenance staff is trained in basic trouble-shooting procedures and are usually the first point of contact with KINGS Security technicians for service.
