About KINGS

KINGS Security Group started operations as a locksmith shop in Darlinghurst, Sydney in 1988. Back then it was known as BNS Security.

Our primary work in those days was servicing the local Darlinghurst / Kings Cross area with our locksmith skills – designing and installing restricted master key systems, unlocking doors, cutting keys and fixing locks – 24/7. Our clients were, and still include to this day, the landlords, property managers and tenants of the local area.

Being in the middle of one of Sydney’s most densely populated inner city suburbs meant we were also in one of its highest crime areas.

This resulted in many of our lock and key clients seeking additional security measures. Being opportunistic we started making and installing solid steel security doors and window grilles. To this product offering we added small alarm systems.

Over a decade on, a name change and a move to bigger premises strategically positioned close to the Eastern Distributor, KINGS now offers a ‘one-stop-shop’ for all security needs servicing both the residential, commercial and government marketplaces.

Our product and service range has expanded exponentially to include access control systems, digital surveillance systems, all types of safes, photo ID cards, environmental and computer room monitoring as well as all forms of electronic lock installations.

We have a philosophy of trust and be trusted, be quick to respond to our clients needs and offer intelligent security solutions.

The adoption of this philosophy has seen KINGS grow to one of Sydney’s most specialised security companies with in excess of 40 trained staff and a large client base that we are proud to serve and secure.
