The Client

Our client is a diversified international provider of banking, financial, advisory and investment services, headquartered in Sydney, Australia. An organisation that is constantly expanding and contracting their physical presence to meet market demands, their needs are critical and unique.

The Challenge

There were numerous challenges to meet to see through the vision The Client provided. There were a mixture of stand alone products and conflicting versions among security systems which inhibited any possibility of centrally monitoring and reporting on staff activity. Integration to the Client's Network required major consideration by both parties, and all systems had to have the ability to provide a global solution. KINGS also needed to provide a solution for global management of security installations which involved building relationships with installers and contractors in other countries as well as providing equipment and support when needed.

KINGS Solution

Our first task was to commence with the standardisation and implementation of inline products that "bolt together" within the Prowatch product suite. After much forethought, planning and testing by both parties the systems were then successfully migrated onto the client's network.

To then meet the business needs for access control reporting and auditing, KINGS engineered a custom reporting suite. This enabled automatic report generation and emails, and following its success opened up opportunities to address other needs. Add on modules were designed and implemented to compliment the client's Activity Based Working, including Building Population Management and Follow Me Printing. The Follow Me Printing module allows staff to present their card and call their print job to that printer. It also provides reporting for costs to be distributed to their cost centre. Further development is in progress for remote control of access control doors with video verification from a central point.

KINGS also provided an Integrated Visitor Management System and continue to make alterations and additions to systems to suit the changing needs of the client. An appointed client management team from Kings Security works closely with the client to ensure all aspects of security are managed in the best way possible, taking their specific needs into account.
