transmission methods

The Central Security Link can be provided by a number of methods and KINGS Security can explain the best, most economical type that suits your needs.

Digital diallers
Use your normal telephone service to transmit alarm signals to Central Monitoring digital receivers. By fitting a dialler to your local siren system, response is assured.

Securitel
Is a security network provided by Telstra for use by approved security companies for monitoring alarms where a high security risk exists. Securitel uses your existing telephone line without interfering with normal use of the line in any way.

Alarm information is continuously transmitted to our Central Monitoring station via duplicated transmission paths.

QuikNet
Technology has recently been de-militarised enabling private companies to monitor security systems via the QuikNet network. It's based on Spread Spectrum Technology, which put simply, means we can monitor alarm signals that are transmitted over a radio network that cannot be jammed or intercepted.

If an extremely high level of monitoring is essential, Quiknet is the ultimate option. No other alarm transmission method is faster. We receive a security alert within three seconds of the alarm being activated enabling our monitoring staff to take swift, decisive action.
